My name is Amy Nicolaisen and I am thrilled to be the owner of Wooden Spoons Alaska, a catering company that delivers healthy and delicious meals to our local schools and community. I have catered every imaginable sort of occasion, but there has never been one I was more excited about than this opportunity to bring delicious, nutritious lunches to our local kids and neighbors!
